Peru’s Textiles Factory Fires Again after More than 1,500 Workers Die

Peru’s textile factory fired again on Sunday after a fire swept through the factory killing 1,400 workers.

The fire started late Friday in the plant in the village of Guasiguilla.

A worker who was not identified was hospitalized with smoke inhalation.

The government is trying to find out how many workers died.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
